After the hurricane season is over it is time for all of you in the northern states to leave your wintry homes and make your way down south to the sandy beaches of Panama City Beach, Florida! We know how hard it can be to live through 6 months of raging blizzards and ice storms. No one wants to spend all their free time shoveling their drive and walkway just so they can make it to work.
In Panama City you can enjoy a life free from snow and the wintry cold that keep you indoors. The weather will be cool – but at least you will not have to worry about the scorching heat that would assail you during the summer months in the land of Florida.
There is much to do and much to see during your blissful vacation. For those of you who have never been to Panama City we recommend the Sea Dragon. It is a tour that takes you out into the beautiful waters on an authentic pirate ship that will set sail from Shell Island. During the tour you will enjoy wonderful music and will be able to dance along while you discover the hidden treasures from the sea. On the tour you can enjoy food, wine, beer, and soft drinks. If you are lucky you will also be able to see a few dolphins.
Those who are bringing their children with them will enjoy the Miracle Strip amusement park. Have fun with the entire family at this exciting amusement park that offers over 30 rides and attractions for all ages. Take a ride in the dungeon, on the roller coaster, or in the haunted castle while at this park where children can take a spin in the tea cups, ride the ponies on the merry-go-round, or test their driving skills in the bumper cars.
Captain Anderson’s Marina is another great place that the whole family will enjoy. You can rent a charter boat for a deep-sea fishing trip or take advantage of the cruise offers that they have. On the cruises you can enjoy the beautiful sights of the marina and the surrounding area.
While on dry land you should take advantage of the beautiful sandy beaches and enjoy the ocean water. Also enjoy many of the restaurants off the beach and in the surrounding area.
